Individual workshop and circle places
Cancel by email at least 14 calendar days before the first session for a full refund. Cancellation 7–13 days beforehand is eligible for a 50% refund. With fewer than 7 days’ notice, the fee is non-refundable because room and teaching commitments have been made, but you may transfer the place to another eligible adult once by notifying us before the session.
For a multi-session practice circle, withdrawal after the first meeting does not create a refund for later meetings. If serious illness or another documented exceptional circumstance prevents attendance, contact us promptly; we may offer a transfer or proportionate credit at our discretion.
One-to-one reviews
A private review may be rescheduled once without charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellation at least 48 hours before the appointment receives a full refund. Later cancellation is eligible for 50% where advance chart review has not begun. Once we have reviewed submitted charts or the meeting has started, that work is non-refundable.
Private groups and deposits
Custom group dates may require a stated deposit to reserve instructor and room time. Unless the written quote says otherwise, the deposit is fully refundable within seven days of payment if the event is still at least 21 days away; afterward it is non-refundable. Purchased print materials, booked interpretation, and non-recoverable travel costs are deducted from any otherwise due refund when they were approved in the quote.
Cancellation by Cloud Beaconcore
If we cancel and cannot offer an acceptable replacement date, we refund all fees paid to us for the affected session. We are not responsible for a participant’s separate travel, accommodation, lost work, or other consequential cost. If a session is interrupted after substantial delivery, we may offer a proportionate refund or replacement session according to the work remaining.
No-shows and late arrival
No-shows receive no refund. Late arrival does not extend a group workshop or reduce its fee. For an individual appointment, arrival more than 30 minutes late may be treated as a no-show if the remaining time would not support a meaningful review.
How refunds are made
Write to contact@cloud-beaconcore.world with the booking name, session date, and reason for the request. Do not send full card or bank credentials by email. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days and returned through the original payment method where possible; the bank may require additional processing time.
Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory right available under Georgian consumer law. Material supplied and work already performed remain chargeable where the law permits.
