Privacy Record

What personal information Cloud Beaconcore receives, why we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.

Controller and contact

Cloud Beaconcore is the controller of personal data handled through this site and our training administration. Questions and rights requests may be sent to contact@cloud-beaconcore.world or delivered to Level 6, 41 Marjanishvili Street, Tbilisi 0102.

Information we collect

An enquiry may contain your name, email address, selected training format, message, preferred date, and any accessibility information you choose to provide. A confirmed booking may also require a phone number, billing record, attendance status, and correspondence. We ask you not to send account numbers, holdings, identity documents, passwords, or special-category information unless strictly necessary and agreed in advance.

Basic server logs may record IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and error information for security and reliability. Cookie choices are stored in your browser. Optional analytics are used only after consent, where implemented.

We use data to answer enquiries, assess training fit, form and perform booking contracts, collect payment through separately disclosed channels, provide materials, manage attendance, keep accounting records, protect the service, and comply with law. Depending on the activity, our ground is consent, steps requested before a contract, contract performance, legal obligation, or legitimate interests in secure and orderly training.

Sharing and transfers

Information may be shared only as needed with venue staff, instructors, email and hosting providers, accountants, payment providers, or public authorities with lawful grounds. Providers act under appropriate obligations. If data is transferred outside Georgia, we assess the destination and use contractual or other lawful safeguards where required.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Booking and financial records are retained for the period required by Georgian accounting and tax law. Routine correspondence is generally kept for three years after the last session. Security logs are normally kept for up to 90 days. We may retain a limited record longer where needed to establish or defend a legal claim.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Georgian law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of relevant data, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify identity before acting. You may also complain to the competent Georgian data-protection authority.

Security and updates

We use access controls, limited collection, and reputable service providers, but no internet transmission is risk-free. We will revise this notice when handling changes materially and will post the effective date above. For cookie-specific details, read our cookie policy.
